It is a pleasure to welcome you to this newly renovated holiday home at beautiful Saksild Strand.

Eve­rywhe­re exudes cosiness, lovely decor and good style. The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen/dining room and bathroom.

There are three bedrooms with small double beds and one of the bedrooms also has a large TV.

The kitchen has all the modern fa­ci­li­ties you need during your stay. The living room has a lovely sofa group with a view of the garden and a TV with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian TV channels and the option of streaming your own streaming services via the Chro­mecast.

There is internet 1000/1000

On chilly days, the family can gather in front of the wood-burning stove for some cosy hours, playing board games or reading a good book.

The house has both a washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can wash your beach towels after a long day at the beach.

Outdoor
The holiday home is situated on a block with an establis­hed garden, so you can enjoy it all to yourself. Close to most things and yet alone.

In the garden, there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to play on the lawn.

There are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to spend time outdoors during your stay. The house has several nice terraces with lots of nice garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal grill.

East Jutland's best beach is only 350 metres from the house.

Location
Within walking distance are Re­stau­rant Bon­de­hu­set, Vaf­fel­hu­set, Trekanten (pizza) and Strands­hop­pen with various groceries.

In Saksild Strand you will also find Denmark's oldest mini golf course, where you can challenge each other and eat tasty large ice creams.

In 2022, a new mini golf course was added at Strands­hop­pen, which is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit.

The small, cosy harbour of Norsminde is not far away, where you can enjoy an ice cream or dine at the renowned Norsminde Kro.

If you prefer an active holiday, you can spend it by the water, biking or hiking in the beautiful nature in the area.

From Hou there are daily ferry crossings to the islands of Tunø and Samsø.

Only 8 km away is Odder, which offers a very lovely pe­de­stri­an street with great shopping op­portu­ni­ties, a large selection of shops for groceries and fine sights.

The bowling centre "Kuglen & Keglen" in Odder also has many outdoor acti­vi­ties for the whole family.
