The house has three bedrooms and space for six guests, so you can bring the family or a couple of good friends. The bathroom is con­ve­ni­ent­ly located, and the heat pump with cooling function helps you maintain a com­fortab­le tem­pe­ra­tu­re, even on warm summer days. When you feel like a quiet moment, you can use Chro­mecast to access your own streaming services on the house TV. But perhaps you will prefer to leave the remote control where it is and simply enjoy the fact that the beach, the garden and relaxing days are waiting just outside.

Enjoy life outside
You have direct access from the living room to the large covered terrace, making it easy to let outdoor living become a natural part of the day. Start the morning with coffee in the fresh air, set the table for lunch and later find a pleasant spot as the afternoon sun begins to soften. The partly covered terrace allows you to stay outside even when the weather changes a little, while the tall hedge around the garden provides pleasant shelter from the sur­ro­un­dings. The garden is an ideal place for the children to burn off some energy, and the football goal invites everyone to join in a spon­ta­neous match. There is no need to plan an entire day of acti­vi­ties. Perhaps it is the small com­pe­ti­tions and games that will become some of your favourite holiday memories. When you would rather have sand than grass beneath your feet, Saksild Beach is only around 100 meters from the house. You can easily head down to the water, take a re­fres­hing swim or walk along the coast and be back on the terrace before your coffee gets cold.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Saksild Beach gives you the op­portu­ni­ty to enjoy plenty of ex­pe­ri­en­ces without having to get into the car every time. The beach is only around 100 meters from the house, and the long coastline is perfect for both morning and evening walks. Take a towel under your arm and head down for a quick swim, or make a day at the beach the main event of your day. When you feel like a little more activity, Denmark's oldest minigolf course is within walking distance of the holiday home. Challenge the family to a round and find out who really has the strongest com­pe­ti­ti­ve spirit. You can also walk to Re­stau­rant Bon­de­hu­set when you would like dinner to be prepared somewhere other than the holiday home kitchen. And, of course, an ice cream belongs to a summer day at Saksild, so there is every reason to stop by one of the area's inviting ice cream shops. If you feel like exploring more of East Jutland, Odder is around seven ki­lo­metres away. Here you can browse the pe­de­stri­an street, visit spe­ci­a­li­ty shops or pick up groceries for a pleasant dinner back at the holiday home. You can also head towards Aarhus and spend the day enjoying culture, shopping or the city's many re­stau­rants. When you return to the holiday home, you can slow down again, take another walk to the beach or settle onto the terrace and enjoy the fact that there is nothing more you need to do that day.
