Lovely summer house at Kysing Strand - close to Norsminde, Odder and Aarhus

Welcome to a cozy summer house at Kysing Strand with room for four adults and two children.

The sleeping ac­com­moda­tion is divided into three bedrooms with a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds and the last bedroom has a bunk bed. In all three bedrooms you will find a small desk. There are a few steps down to two of the bedrooms. The house has a lovely open plan kitchen with dining area for the whole family directly connected to the kitchen. The kitchen has a dis­hwas­her and contains eve­ryt­hing you may need during your stay. From the kitchen you have direct access to a large wooden terrace, which will certainly be used during your stay.

The house has a heat pump, which can also be used as air con­di­tio­ning in the summer. On the cooler days, the heat pump is an af­for­dab­le and com­fortab­le way to heat the house. Op­tio­nal­ly, it can be com­ple­men­ted by the wood-burning stove in the living room. There is also a TV with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels, as well as a Chro­mecast that can be used to access your own streaming services.

There is free internet 100/100 in the house.

The bathroom of the house has a toilet and shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer, so the towels can be washed after a long day at the beach.

Outdoor

The summer house is located on a charming plot in a quiet area just 200 m from a great beach. You can stay un­dis­tur­bed in the majority of the garden. There is a large wooden terrace and a covered wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and a charcoal grill where you can prepare the daily meals.

There is plenty of space for play on the lawn. There is also a large tram­po­li­ne, which can guarantee many hours of fun for the little ones.

Location
The summer house is within walking distance of the lovely sandy beach at Pouli Ni­el­sens­vej and the cosy Norsminde Harbour. Here you can visit Fi­ske­hu­set and have a light meal on the pier or you can eat at the renowned Norsminde Kro.

Hiking op­portu­ni­ties are great, as you can walk around the small fjord or around Kysing Næs. It's a really lovely walk.

The summer house is close to Aarhus and the bus leaves from the marina several times a day. For example, take the bus into Aarhus and enjoy coffee or lunch by Åen in the middle of the city and then take a walk in the beautiful shopping street. We also recommend visiting the Aros Art Museum and Mu­sik­hu­set, which are located in the city centre.

The location of the house in the centre of East Jutland means that you are close to all the major at­tra­ctions and cultural events. Legoland, Givskud Zoo, Djurs Som­mer­land, Kat­te­gat­cen­tret and many other famous at­tra­ctions are within driving distance from Norsminde.
