This lovely and bright summerhouse, renovated in 2023, is guarantee of a comfortable atmosphere and a lovely setting for your holiday close to the beach and restaurants.

Interior

The summerhouse exudes cosiness and a light and relaxing cottage style. The entrance hall of the summerhouse is also a passageway that connects the two sections of the house. It is a beautiful and bright entrance hall with doors to both the south and north sides of the house. It is stylishly furnished with storage space and a mirror.

From here, you enter the kitchen area of the house. The open-plan living area with kitchen and dining table space has a high ceiling and a cosy loft with mattresses where you can climb up and look down or relax a bit secluded. The light-coloured wooden walls and floors throughout the house make the summerhouse an inviting place to spend your holiday.

The kitchen has all the necessary facilities you need during your holiday. For example oven with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The kitchen has plenty of counter space, and it is in open connection to the dining table and a nook with a bench and comfortable chairs. There are two patio doors leading to a glass-fronted conservatory and the terrace. The conservatory is a wonderful extra room that almost gives you the feeling of being outside - even when the weather is not suitable for sitting on the terrace or for cosy evenings.

The dining table is in a large bay of windows in the kitchen area, so the windows provide plenty of natural light and a view of the terrace. There is room for all the guests in the house to gather at the round dining table, and the dining table in the kitchen -living room ensures many hours spend together here. Next to the dining table is a cosy nook with a bench and armchair.

Centrally placed in the room is also a wood-burning stove that provides warmth and cosiness during the cold months.

From the kitchen-living room is access to one of the bedrooms and the bathroom.
The bedroom is not large but has a comfortable double bed and closet space to accommodate two of the 4 guests in the house. The bathroom is also bright and newly renovated in a lovely cottage style with underfloor heating and a washing machine.

From the kitchen via the entrance hall, you enter the house's large living room, where the original beams have been preserved. The dark beam walls create a special and very cosy atmosphere. Here you'll find soft sofas and armchairs where you can sit down with a cup of coffee, read a book or switch on the TV, which has a Chromecast so you can watch your own content via your mobile/tablet and the free WiFi. When you want to turn up the cosiness and warmth in the living room, you can light up the fireplace.

In the corner of the living room, there are floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the terrace, so you can look out onto the lovely terrace and green garden.

The living room also provides access to the second bedroom, which is cosily furnished with storage space, bedside lamps and a comfortable double bed.

Outdoor
The summerhouse has a large wooden terrace on two levels that wraps around the south and west sides of the house, so there are plenty of opportunities to find both shelter and sun here. From the kitchen and conservatory there is access to a covered terrace where you can enjoy your holiday meals. The large terrace has several comfortable garden furniture such as sun loungers and lounge furniture, so you can easily spend many hours on the large terrace. There are also newly planted pots and plants for a green and vibrant environment.

A hedge and fence surround the property, so you can be here undisturbed.

You can charge your electric car at Norsminde Kro on the other side of the road, just 200 metres from the summerhouse.

Location
The holiday home is located in the summerhouse area in Norsminde, which is a popular town to visit, and for good reason. Norsminde is a small harbour town that is popular with yachtsmen in the summer. You'll also find a fish restaurant and Norsminde Kro, which overlooks the fjord and serves good food.

Norsminde is beautifully situated along the East Jutland coast right at the mouth of Norsminde Fjord and Kysinghage in the Kattegat. You can enjoy some lovely walks here along the fjord and the coast.

Just 450 meters from the summerhouse is Ajstrup beach, which is also a good beach for children, as it has sand and clear water. South of Norsminde, Saksild and Dyngby beach are also popular bathing beaches. Malling is only 6 kilometres from the summerhouse, where you can find a grocery store. About 15 minutes' drive from the house is Odder, which is a larger town with a lively pedestrian street, several restaurants and a cinema and swimming pool, among other things.

Within half an hour by car you can reach Aarhus, which as Jutland's largest city has everything you could wish for in a big city. In addition to the many speciality shops, you can visit the AROS art museum, the historic town, “Den Gamle By” or take part in some of the great cultural events that take place in the city.
