The house has 2 bedrooms, a small but functional bathroom, kitchen and living room in one. It is an ideal place for a nice and social family holiday.

Outdoor
The house is located on a nice large plot with room to play. The large partially covered terrace is ideal for barbecues and socializing. Around the house there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sun all day.

The summer house is only 300 m. from Dyngby Beach, which is ideal for swimming and long walks.

The small cozy harbor town Hou is 5 km. from the house. From Hou you can take a guided tour to the car-free island Tunø or the larger island of Samsø. Odder, Denmark's largest village, is only 6 km away. Here there are plenty of opportunities for dining, shopping in Denmark's largest Kvickly, a grocery and facility store and discover the cozy speciality stores in the town's shopping street.
