Direct access to the beach

This cosy holiday house gives you direct access to the beach in Klint. The large natural plot offers plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for swimming and angling directly off the grounds.

Interior

The house contains a original living room with a fine dining area, where you can play cards or immerse yourself in a good book while enjoying the view of the sea. From the living room you have access to a terrace divided into two sections, where you can relax or put some nice steaks on the barbecue. Also the house contains an open kitchen where you can all gather preparing lunch. Two bathrooms with showers and four bedrooms. The house is not recently renovated, but instead offers a lot of cosiness. Please note that the windows can be a little dusty caused by the sea fog. Suitable for those of you who ap­pre­ci­a­te nature, sea views and proximity to the beach instead of luxury.

Location/ the area

Please use the nice beach to which you have direct access from the house. If you enjoy a walk or a bike ride in the beautiful landscape, this location is perfect. Also a trip to the former limestone quarry or a lunch at Det Vilde Køkken is recom­men­dab­le. In Nykøbing Sjælland you must visit the artist colony in the port area or the cosy pe­de­stri­an street with the many re­stau­rants and specialty shops. The kids will love a day spend in the amusement park Som­mer­land Sjælland with all its acti­vi­ties and the large water park inside.
