This lovely holiday house invites to activity and cosy times. Only 950m from Nord­s­trand, one of the fantastic sandy beaches in the region.

Interior
The house offers a great reception room, where you really feel the unique and extremely good at­mosp­he­re. Here you can play a game of cards or read a good book, while the fire is crackling in the wood burner. In the cosy kitchen you can help each other prepare a delicious lunch. There is a lovely bathroom with shower and floor heating, as well as two nice bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two good single beds. Furt­her­more you have a newly renovated annex with two good single beds and electric radiator. On the lovely terrace, divided into a covered and an open section, you can enjoy the sun from early till late, or what about a nice glass of wine, while the children are playing in the fenced garden.

Location / the area

The holiday house is located within walking distance to one of the best sandy beaches in Odsherred. If you like the beach, walks or bicycle trips, this location is perfect. Do not forget to visit Rørvig, only 10 min. from the house, where you have the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to buy fresh fish from the fish monger and a juicy steak from the local butcher. In Nykøbing Sj. on the pe­de­stri­an street you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce the genuine holiday at­mosp­he­re with re­stau­rants, en­tertain­ment and various in­de­pen­dent shops. But a visit to some of the many artists with their studios and galleries in the harbour area is certainly also recom­men­dab­le.
