Inside the holiday house you im­me­di­a­te­ly sense the feeling of good quality, combined with the beautiful and fantastic at­mosp­he­re. Your shoulders will quickly drop, and you realize that holiday time has finally arrived. The beautiful living room in open con­nection with the kitchen makes it possible for the cook of the day to take part in the con­ver­sa­tion, even though the pots are bubbling and the ve­ge­tab­les need chopping. In the bathroom you find the fantastic hot tub, and here you have the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to lie down next to your friend or partner and just feel the peace des­cen­ding. If you also share a bottle of wine while having a good con­ver­sa­tion, this will certainly be a cosy evening.

Enjoy life outside

The holiday house is located a short walk from the lovely beach called Ve­ster­lyng. On the nice terrace you can lie down and enjoy the sun while listening to the birds singing, or you can be lucky to spot a hare running by. If the sun gets too intense, you can find some shade on the covered part and read a detective novel, while the stillness really gets under your skin. After a lovely day on the great beach, where you have maybe built sand castles or stone columns, we would recommend a dinner in Re­stau­rant Det Vilde Køkken (=the wild kitchen) in Klint. Here the chef has collected herbs from the beach and created a superb menu with them.

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday house is located in the area between Nykøbing Sj. and Klint. In Klint you can take a walk in the former limestone quarry, a part of Geopark Odsherred. The area houses many good local artists and the passage grave Birkehøj, certainly also worth a visit. But a day in the Anneberg Park, where you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce ”17 Goals on My Mind”, a World-Goal sculpture park, where 17 Danish and in­ter­na­tio­nal artists have created scul­p­tu­res that interpret United Nations’ De­ve­l­op­ment Goals for sustai­na­bi­li­ty. And you can also enjoy a gourmet meal at Re­stau­rant MOTA. All ex­pe­ri­en­ces that you will remember for ever.
