The holiday home measures 58 m² and has been part of the fjord landscape since 2001. It is com­ple­men­ted by a 10 m² annex, and together the two buildings offer sleeping space for four people. The bathroom is nicely and pra­cti­cal­ly fitted with a shower, washing machine, and un­der­floor heating. The highlight of the house, however, is the living room, which is open to a well-equipped kitchen. Large windows create a strong con­nection to the fjord and the sur­ro­un­ding nature—espe­ci­al­ly when you’re relaxing in the com­fortab­le sofa corner. A wood-burning stove adds to the cosy at­mosp­he­re, and the house also has a TV with Danish and German channels.

Enjoy life outside
The natural plot is im­pres­si­ve­ly large at 7,601 m² and stretches all the way down to the water’s edge, giving you in­cre­di­bly easy access to the fjord. To the north, the grounds are kept open to preserve the beautiful panoramic view of the water, while dense ve­ge­ta­tion provides privacy on the other sides. Close to the house, you can enjoy life on the wooden terrace or play on the lawn. You’ll also have access to a nearby play­gro­und belonging to a neig­h­bouring holiday camp.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
With a location like this, spending much of your holiday by the shore—or out on the water—is an obvious choice. A re­fres­hing swim or a daily fishing trip can easily become part of your holiday routine, and the bay area invites you to enjoy lovely scenic walks. Mors is home to many natural hig­hlights, including the im­pres­si­ve moler cliffs Hanklit and Feggeklit, Salgjerhøj, and the scenic hills of Legind Bjerge. A golf course is located near Nykøbing Mors, and the popular Jesperhus Flower Park is only about a 20-minute drive away—a perfect day trip, espe­ci­al­ly for families with children.
