Welcome inside

The house is pea­ce­ful­ly located, but actually only a stone's throw from Liseleje - which is a really cozy little beach town with eve­ryt­hing you dream of - grocery store, bakery, ice cream parlors, re­stau­rants and shops. When you enter the entrance, you are met by a warm and authentic at­mosp­he­re that im­me­di­a­te­ly makes you feel at home. The living room has a large, bright sofa group with TV, wood-burning stove and access to a west-facing evening terrace. The house has a total of three double beds and two bunk beds divided into two bedrooms and a cubicle to the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern fur­nis­hin­gs and a bright dining area with access to a south-facing terrace with dining area and barbecue. There is a separate bathroom with shower and a separate guest toilet. The entire house is bright and per­so­nal­ly decorated. Wi-Fi, dis­hwas­her and washing machine, blackout curtains, air con­di­tio­ning - ALL the practical things are in place, so you can focus on relaxing and taking a break.

Enjoy life outside

The 788 m² plot is un­dis­tur­bed, with many nooks with both sun and shade between fruit trees and greenery. Plenty of space for ball games and play, re­laxa­tion and con­tem­p­la­tion. There are sun loungers for relaxing, several outdoor dining areas and a barbecue on the southwest-facing terrace with shelter and sun all day and parasols, making it easy to move dinner outside. The outdoor shower with hot water is a hit after the morning dip in the sea 2 minutes from the house. There is room for several cars in the driveway. The garden can be closed off with a fence if you want to keep small children under control. The house is popular and ideal for a small, quiet family holiday, where both children and adults can enjoy the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings. Bicycles can typically be rented at the campsite if you do not bring your own.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces

Only 300 m from the door is Li­se­le­je's child-friendly beach with fine sand and shallow water - with a lifeguard in the summer months. The beach is among the most beautiful in Denmark, full of dunes and offers endless walks along the water's edge. Li­se­le­je's award-winning natural play­gro­und Havtyren and the ice cream kiosk with Li­se­lej­eland are located halfway.

Liseleje is located in a Natura 2000 area with ki­lo­me­ters of hiking, cycling and mountain bike routes through plan­ta­tions, heaths and paths along the coast with views of the Kattegat or in the large forest area, which the house is right next to. The area also offers fantastic golf in Fre­de­riksværk about 4 km away. The surf center in Lynæs is also extremely popular if you want to learn to surf.

With Liseleje as a base you also have the whole of North Zealand within reach: Kronborg, Fre­de­riks­borg Castle, Louisiana, the port towns of Hundested, Gilleleje and Hornbæk, and for families with children Den Blå Planet, Tivoli and Bakken near Co­pen­ha­gen about 50 minutes drive away.

The landlord wants to take into account the neighbors during the period when the house is rented out, and the house is therefore not suitable if you want a place to party and make a fuss, as there is no noise in the garden after 10 pm, and speakers are generally not allowed to be used outdoors. Pets and smoking not allowed.
