A cosy sleeping alcove with a double bed invites you to take a nap or enjoy a good night's sleep. The bright kitchen, complete with a dis­hwas­her and a spacious dining area, makes it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. From here, you have direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine. A newly built west-facing terrace with direct access from the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy the evening sun in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings. The house also offers two bedrooms with double beds to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom has a shower, and there's a separate toilet for added con­ve­ni­en­ce. The entire house is decorated in a bright and cosy style, creating a pleasant and relaxed at­mosp­he­re.

Outside, a private plot awaits with a terrace directly connected to the house. The garden features a well-kept lawn, natural grass areas, and various shrubs, creating an idyllic setting for outdoor acti­vi­ties. There is plenty of space for playing and games, while the various seating areas invite you to relax and unwind. In front of the house, a driveway provides parking space for your car, ensuring easy and con­ve­ni­ent access. A short walk brings you to the child-friendly beach with fine, light sand and shallow water – ideal for both play and re­laxa­tion. The nearby nature play­gro­und “Havtyren” is a favourite among children and offers fun and play in beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings. The town’s charming shops, bakery, and grocery stores are all within walking distance, making it easy to treat yourself to local de­li­ca­cies. For those who love nature, the sur­ro­un­ding area offers scenic plan­ta­tions and coastal paths perfect for long walks and expl­ora­tion. No loud noise or music is allowed after 10 p.m. Speakers, sound boxes etc. are not permitted outdoors or to be brought along. In this peaceful holiday home area, guests are expected to behave con­si­de­ra­te­ly – dis­rup­ti­ve behaviour is con­si­de­red a violation of the rental agreement, except for natural play and fun.
