Holiday Home Gäst­stu­gan Lund Bolmsö – Charming Small House by Lake Bolmen

Location
The gu­est­hou­se of the former farm Lund in the south of the island Bolmsö is only 30 km away from Ljungby, and lies directly at the lake Bolmen. The location is great for swimming and fishing. You can buy groceries in a small shop on the island around 8 km from the house. Otherwise you will find su­per­mar­kets, cash machines and a post office in Ljungby.

Fa­ci­li­ties
The holiday home has a size of 50 square metres. In the big living room you will find satellite TV and a sofa that can be turned into a double bed. There is also an in­te­gra­ted pantry with cooker, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and a fridge with a freezer com­part­ment. In the winter garden at the front of the house you will find a dining table as well as a stove for cool evenings. There are two single beds in the bedroom. A shower and a toilet are in the bathroom at the back of the house. There is both hot and cold water, and the house has electric heating. The guests can also use the garden furniture as well as the available rowing boat and life jackets. You can also rent a motor for the boat from the house's owner. If you talk to the owners, it might also be possible to use their washing machine. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a play house for children on the property.

Special ar­ran­ge­ments
Arrival is always on Saturdays. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is only allowed outside the house. Bed linen and towels can be rented on request for 10 EUR / person. Final cleaning can be booked as an optional extra, while electri­ci­ty is included. Internet access is available for 100 SEK / week and is payable on site. Optional services can only be booked together with the house re­ser­va­tion. Guests with suf­fi­ci­ent ex­pe­ri­en­ce may rent a boat motor on site after prior agreement with the owner for 100 SEK / day or 600 SEK / week. Fuel costs are not included. A fishing permit (Fiskekort) is required for fishing in Lake Bolmen.
