This typical red holiday home is located in a secluded spot deep in the forest in the southern Swedish region of Småland, near the village of Ryd. With a bit of luck, you might even encounter moose there. The nearest bathing spot is 9.6 ki­lo­metres away at Lake Sandören, where fishing is also permitted. You can buy the necessary fishing licence online at iFiske, where you can also hire boats at your own risk. The large and popular Lake Åsnen with nature parks and bathing spots is about 19 ki­lo­metres away. Grocery shops, re­stau­rants and cafés can be found in the towns of Ryd (approx. 8 km) and Häradsbäck (approx. 11 km).

The house offers com­fortab­le ac­com­moda­tion for up to 6 holiday guests on 110 m², four of whom can sleep in fixed beds in two bedrooms and two in two extra beds if required. You enter the house via an L-shaped hallway with a cloakroom, which leads to the bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, and to the kitchen with dining area. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, four-ring induction hob, microwave, dis­hwas­her and filter coffee machine, providing eve­ryt­hing you need to prepare and serve meals for six people. From the kitchen, you can also access the first of the two bedrooms, which is furnished with a double bed, and the living room. The living room is equipped with a com­fortab­le sofa, an armchair and a te­le­vi­sion with German channels. The second bedroom with two single beds is adjacent to the living room.

Fishing permits and boats on the sur­ro­un­ding lakes can be rented online via iFiske.

A deposit is charged, which is refunded after the stay, minus electri­ci­ty costs, if the house is in perfect condition and has been cleaned properly.

Bed linen and towels can be booked as an option for €12 per person.

Final cleaning can be carried out as an option for €120.

Internet can be booked as an option for €20 per week.
