Com­fortab­le Swedish holiday house close to the lake Åsnen

Location
Our house Södralund lies in a small village with the same name, 25 km south west of Växjö and only around 2 km above the lake Åsnen. In Torne, which is 3 km away, there is a great spot for going swimming and a shop where you can buy groceries. 7 km away from the house, in Grimslöv, you can also buy groceries and use a cash machine.

Fa­ci­li­ties
The plot of land on which the house stands has 1,600 square metres and is com­ple­te­ly sur­ro­un­ded by a fence. The house itself has 120 square metres and offers its guests a lot of space. There is a large bathroom with whirlpool, toilet and shower on the ground floor. Here you can also find the kitchen which was renovated in 2016 which is furnished with cooker, fridge with freezer com­part­ment, microwave and dis­hwas­her, as well as a nice dining table with chairs. In the living room there is a sofa bed (for two people) and sa­tel­l­li­te TV with Swedish and German channels. On the first floor there is a guest bathroom as well as two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom with one single bed and one double bed. Two ad­di­tio­nal people can sleep in the guest house a few metres away from the house which is furnished with a bunk bed. The house has central heating. The guests also have access to garden furniture, a grill, and a washing machine. The house also has a nice winter garden with un­der­floor heating.
Guests can rent the owner's boat at the Åsnen for 200 SEK per week.

Special ar­ran­ge­ments
A very nice and com­fortab­le holiday home with a great price and close to a lake. You can arrive and depart on any day of the week. Pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. You will pay a 100 EUR deposit before you arrive, which will be returned to you after your departure and after deducting the cost of the electri­ci­ty you used. Electri­ci­ty costs 6 SEK per kWh. Linen and towels are included in the price. Guests who do not want to do the final cleaning them­sel­ves, can order this service for 1000 SEK and have to pay for it on the spot. Internet access can be provided via a USB-stick and with limited data. However, guests have to buy credit for it them­sel­ves (can be done in su­per­mar­kets). If you want to go fishing you have to buy a fishing permit.
