This unique former fis­her­man's cottage is situated in a beautiful secluded location on a headland near Bergkvara in Småland, with the Baltic Sea as its closest neighbour. You will be staying just a few metres from the sea, so you can take a morning dip right outside your front door. There is also a large, child-friendly bathing area with a slide and diving platform about 300 metres away. Many other bathing spots can be found north and south along the coast. A rowing boat is also available for fishing ent­hu­si­asts. A fishing licence is not required here.

Fa­ci­li­ties
The 70 m² house can ac­com­moda­te up to 5 people. Pets are also welcome. The house is par­ti­cu­lar­ly appealing to ho­li­day­ma­kers who do not require luxury and are simply looking for peace and seclusion on the Swedish coast. The front door opens directly into the living room with com­fortab­le sofas and a dining table for 6 people. A radio with CD player is provided. From the dining area, another door leads to the kitchen, which is equipped with a small oven, 2-ring electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee machine – eve­ryt­hing you need to prepare and serve everyday meals. The kitchen also leads to the bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. A wooden staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor with sloping ceilings and two bedrooms. The staircase leads directly to the first bedroom, which is furnished with two single beds (which can be combined to form a double bed), a single fold-away bed, a table and two chairs. You have to walk through this room to reach the second bedroom, which is separated by a door and has two single beds and a desk with a chair. The second bedroom also offers access to the glazed balcony with seating, from which you can enjoy a fantastic panorama of the Baltic Sea and the wild coast.

Water and electri­ci­ty are included. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.Final cleaning can be booked as an option for EUR 100. If you wish to carry out the final cleaning yourself, you will be liable for this with your deposit. There is no Wi-Fi available. The rowing boat is included. It is designed for a maximum of 4 people and is moored at the jetty in front of the house. A motor up to 5 hp (short shaft) may be brought along. Due to the exposed location on the Baltic Sea, we advise against using the boat in strong winds, espe­ci­al­ly when the wind is blowing offshore. No fishing licence is required.
