Ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 60 km west of Oskars­hamn, located in a hilly holiday home area grouped around Lake Virserum. A covered veranda facing west, directly above the lakeshore, as well as the private boat and bathing jetty offer guests optimal con­di­tions for fishing and swimming directly from the property. Shopping fa­ci­li­ties as well as an ATM and postal service are in the town center of Virserum, about 2 km away.

Fa­ci­li­ties
The holiday house, built on a small slope with a living area of about 55 m², impresses with its ex­cep­tio­nal location directly on the lakeshore. From the land side, one enters the house via a small entrance veranda leading into a cloakroom hallway, from which on the right-hand side the living area and straight ahead a modern, new shower room lead off. In the living area one first en­co­un­ters a friendly eat-in kitchen with a spacious dining area, equipped with an electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, re­fri­ge­ra­tor and freezer as well as dis­hwas­her. From this room, two bedrooms follow one after the other, the first of which is furnished as a master bedroom with a 1.40 m wide double bed with a one-piece mattress and a wardrobe. The children’s bedroom, equipped with a bunk bed and another wardrobe, adjoins this.
Further, from the eat-in kitchen one reaches a cozy living room with sitting area, open fireplace, satellite TV (German programs) and from there on to a large, west-facing covered veranda on the lakeside. Here one can enjoy fantastic sunsets in good weather, but also sit sheltered in bad weather and extend the stay on cooler evenings with the infrared heaters.
The new shower room has a shower corner, WC, washing machine, hand basin and towel warmer. The holiday house has running cold and hot water and electric radiators in all rooms. An ad­di­tio­nal, cozy heat source is the open fireplace in the living room. Garden furniture, parasol, charcoal grill, two sun loungers, a rowing boat and a canoe complete the fa­ci­li­ties of this great holiday home.
For travelers with small children, both a travel cot and a high chair are available.

Special Features
An ex­cep­tio­nal holiday house in a fantastic location. Bookings are only possible for full weeks with guest chan­ge­over on Saturdays. The bringing of pets and smoking in the holiday house are not permitted. The final cleaning is ch­ar­geab­le and will be invoiced at 100 EUR. The landlords charge a deposit of 150 EUR, which will be refunded after departure, minus electri­ci­ty costs. A fishing permit for Lake Virserum does not need to be purchased. Guests have free internet access via WLAN router. A linen package (bed sheet, duvet cover, pil­lowca­se, two small towels, bath towel, tea towel) can be rented for 20 EUR per person/change. The leisure park "Astrid Lindgren’s World" in Vimmerby, a highlight for families with children, is only about 50 km away and therefore quickly ac­ces­sib­le.
