Indoor

It is a pleasure to welcome you into this bright and inviting holiday home near Ju­els­min­de. With sleeping space for 6, there is room for the whole family. Upon entry, you arrive in the kitchen, where you will find excellent fa­ci­li­ties to prepare all your meals, including a coffee maker, dis­hwas­her, and fridge with freezer.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room that also serves as the main entrance, equipped with a microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer. From the kitchen, you have a clear view into the spacious living and dining area.

Through the large windows in the dining and living room, you can see the terrace and garden. The com­fortab­le sofa is perfect for gathering around a game or turning on the TV, which offers Danish, German, and Scan­di­navi­an channels, as well as Chro­mecast for streaming your own content. The house has free Wi‑Fi. A centrally placed wood-burning stove adds warmth and at­mosp­he­re during colder months. Un­der­floor heating and a heat pump further enhance your comfort.

There are three bedrooms: two feature quality double beds and generous closet space, while the third includes two single beds and a desk. The rooms are charming, with white-painted wooden walls and ceilings. In summer, you can also use the annex near the main house—ac­ces­sib­le via a paved terrace. The annex is stocked with games and outdoor acti­vi­ties for enjoyment in the garden.

The spacious bathroom includes both a shower and a spa bath. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a sauna with ample bench space, offering maximum comfort in the bright bathroom.

Outdoor

The house is sur­ro­un­ded by a lovely, slightly raised wooden terrace, ideal for relaxing on warm days or dining outside in the evenings. There is direct access from the living room to the terrace. It is perfect for preparing dinner on the grill and enjoying it at the outdoor dining set. The terrace also includes a parasol and cushions to ensure comfort. You will also find two sun loungers, making it easy to slip into holiday mode in the enclosed garden.

The annex sits beside the main house on a paved area, with garden furniture and a parasol. There is also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a swim.

Parking is con­ve­ni­ent and there is a pleasant lawned garden enclosed by bushes. In the garden, you can play skittles while enjoying sea views—just 400 m from the house.

Location

With only 400 m to a fine sandy beach and the beautiful As Vig inlet, the location is ideal for enjoying the East Jutland coast. The beach is child‑friendly—do not forget your swimwear! The nearest grocery store is just 1 km away, and a golf course is within 8 km.

A 10‑minute drive brings you to Ju­els­min­de, a charming harbor town with a maritime at­mosp­he­re and a wide selection of re­stau­rants. You will also find a natural play­gro­und there featuring 8‑meter towers beside Odels­b­jer­get, as well as two new padel tennis courts—perfect for hours of fun.

Drive 20 minutes and you will reach the larger market town of Horsens, de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit. It offers a pe­de­stri­an street, re­stau­rants, and a theatre—something for every member of the family if you fancy a day in a larger town.
