Cosy holiday home for 6 persons with sea view and nice annex close to Ju­els­min­de

Indoor
It is a pleasure to welcome you to this cosy and bright house near Ju­els­min­de. Here is enough space for the whole family, as the house has beds for 6 people and an ad­di­tio­nal 4 beds in the annex during the summer. At first you enter the kitchen, which offers good fa­ci­li­ties to prepare all the day's meals yourself. There is a coffee machine, dis­hwas­her and combi fridge-freezer.

Adjacent to the kitchen is access to a utility room, where you find a second entrance to the house and a microwave, washing machine and dryer available. From the kitchen there is a nice view to the living room and the good dining area.

From the dining table and the open bright living room there is a view to the terrace and the garden from the large windows. There is room to relax on the nice sofa, where you can gather around a game or turn on the TV, which has Danish, German and Scan­di­navi­an channels as well as chro­mecast, where it is possible to stream your own content on the TV. The house has free WiFi. The living room also has a centrally located wood-burning stove, which can provide both warmth and cosiness during the colder months. There is also un­der­floor heating and a heat pump in the house.

The holiday home has 3 bedrooms in total, two of which have quality double beds and ample wardrobe space. The third room has two good single beds and a desk. The rooms are cosy with white painted wooden walls and ceilings. If you need extra sleeping space, you can use the annex in the summer, which is located close to the main house with access via a tiled terrace. In the annex sleeps a total of four people with a double bed and two single beds. Here you can also find games and acti­vi­ties to enjoy in the garden.

The bathroom is spacious with both a shower and a spa bath. In addition, there is also a sauna with good bench space, so the comfort is at its best in the bright bathroom.

Outdoors
The house is sur­ro­un­ded by a lovely large, and slightly elevated wooden terrace that invites you to relax on sunny days and cozy evenings outdoors. There is direct access from the living room to the terrace. It would be ideal to prepare an evening meal on the barbecue and enjoy it in the garden furniture. The terrace also has a parasol and garden cushions, so you can easily relax on the terrace and find yourself com­fortab­le. The two sun loungers are ideal to read a good book or magazine in, when the sun is shining in the secluded garden.

The annex, located right next to the main house, is sur­ro­un­ded by tiles for easy access. In front of the annex, you also find garden furniture and a parasol. There is also an outdoor shower, perfect for using after a swim.

The house has good parking fa­ci­li­ties and a lovely small garden with a lawn bordered by shrubs.

In the garden you can play Kubb while enjoying the view to the sea, which is only 400 meters from the holiday home.

Location
With only 400 meters to a fine sandy beach and beautiful As Vig, the location of the house is ideal if you want to enjoy the fine coast of East Jutland. The beach is child-friendly, so you might as well pack your swimsuit. The nearest shopping fa­ci­li­ties is within the distance of 1 kilometer, and if you play golf, there is a golf course just 8 ki­lo­me­ters from the cottage.

10-minutes drive from the house is Ju­els­min­de, a cosy harbour town with a maritime en­viron­ment and a wide choice of re­stau­rants. Ju­els­min­de also has a nature play­gro­und with, among other things, 8-meter-tall play towers located up Odels­b­jer­get and 2 new padel tennis courts. Here you can play and have fun for hours.

A 20-minute drive will take you to the larger trading town of Horsens, which is also worth a visit. Here you will find a cosy pe­de­stri­an street, re­stau­rants and a theatre. There are acti­vi­ties for the whole family if you want a day trip to a bigger city.
