It is a great pleasure to welcome you to a lovely holiday home. A house which is situated high in the area - only 100 m. from the beach and with the most beautiful panoramic sea view, which can be enjoyed from both outside and inside the house.

The holiday home has been com­ple­te­ly renovated in 2021 and appears bright and friendly with a cozy cottage style. The heart of the house is the living room/kitchen/dining room where the panoramic sea view can be enjoyed through all the large windows. The modern kitchen contains eve­ryt­hing you need during your stay, as well as a dining area with beautiful sea views and space for the whole family.

In the living room, you can also enjoy the view of the sea from the sofa corner, and if you can detach yourself from this, there is of course also a TV with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels, and in­ci­den­tal­ly a Chro­mecast with the po­s­si­bi­li­ty of streaming your own streaming services.

Internet 50/50 is available.

Here is room for 6 adults and 2 children divided into 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with double beds and quality box­madress. One room is with double bunk beds, and these bunk beds are very com­fortab­le and with full bed size.

In the house there is a high chair and cot available for the youngest children.

The bathroom has un­der­floor heating and there is a shower and toilet. The house's utility room also has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outdoor

We can't help but notice that in and around the house the focus is on the location and the beautiful sea view. There is limited garden and lawn, but there is a nice large wooden terrace with lovely garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and Weber gas grill, where you can cook the day's meals in while the children play on the house large tram­po­li­ne in the garden.

Location

The summer house is situated on high ground with beautiful panoramic sea views and only 100 m. to a lovely sandy beach, which you can enjoy with walks and swimming all year round. Only 200 m. from the house there is a play­gro­und with play equipment and good space for a fresh football game.

In the area there are many good trails in beautiful nature. We recommend a walk along the coastal path - either to Snaptun or Ju­els­min­de.

15 minutes drive from the house is Ju­els­min­de, which is cha­ra­cte­rized by the cozy maritime harbor, the child-friendly beaches and the cozy town center with several exciting shops, good shopping, dining and at­tra­ctions.

At the harbour you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce the cosy at­mosp­he­re of the marina and perhaps enjoy a freshly prepared fish at the re­stau­rant and visit the ice cream parlour.

There is also the op­portu­ni­ty to challenge the family in mini golf, catch crabs on the jetty or simply enjoy the view and the maritime at­mosp­he­re.

Discover the brand new Nature Play Park in Ju­els­min­de with 8 metre high play towers located up Odels­b­jer­get, a wealth of play equipment, fa­ci­li­ties, courts and chal­len­ges as well as 2 new padel tennis courts. The varied range of acti­vi­ties means that you can play and challenge yourself for hours.

If golf is your thing, there is an 18 hole golf course in the area.

Ju­els­min­de is also close to many of Jutland's biggest at­tra­ctions, such as Legoland and Givskud Zoo.
