The holiday home was partly renovated in 2025 and appears bright, welcoming, and inviting. It ac­com­moda­tes up to 6 guests, with three com­fortab­le bedrooms, each featuring a double bed.

At the heart of the home is the spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen – a natural gathering place with a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings and direct access to the charming terrace. Here, you can enjoy board games, delicious holiday meals, and long con­ver­sa­tions. Both the kitchen and the sunroom provide access to the garden and the lovely, partially covered terrace. The bathroom is bright and fun­ctio­nal, equipped with a shower and washing machine.

An added bonus is the energy-efficient heat pump, which can also keep the house cool during warm summer days.

Enjoy the Outdoors

The holiday home is sur­ro­un­ded by several sunny wooden terraces, perfect for enjoying the summer in garden furniture or relaxing in a sun lounger under the parasol. In the evenings, fire up the barbecue and enjoy the holiday at­mosp­he­re under the covered terrace – perhaps with a glass of wine as the sun sets.

The house is located in a peaceful area, just 300 metres from one of East Jutland’s best and most child-friendly beaches. The wide sandy beach is ideal for playing, sun­bat­hing, and taking long walks along the coast.

The local grocery store, where you can pick up fresh breakfast rolls, is just 5 minutes away by bike. For more vibrant sur­ro­un­dings, the charming harbour town of Ju­els­min­de is only a 10-minute drive from the house. Here, you’ll find cosy re­stau­rants, great shops, and a pi­c­tu­resque marina with a crab-catching pier, ice cream shop, and play­gro­und. Ju­els­min­de Nature Play­gro­und is also a must-visit, offering fun for children and the young at heart. Golf ent­hu­si­asts can enjoy an 18-hole course with panoramic sea views.
