The covered terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors re­gard­less of the weather, while the rest of the terrace is perfect for sun­bat­hing and relaxing. There is direct access from several sides of the house, so outdoor and indoor living blend together naturally.

The garden is well-main­tai­ned, green, and easy to navigate, and the carport and paved areas make arrival easy and con­ve­ni­ent.

Ju­els­min­de Marina is a great desti­na­tion with its cozy at­mosp­he­re, play­gro­unds, and good re­stau­rants.
