This holiday home is located roughly halfway between Växjö and Jönköping in the Småland highlands on the narrow strip of land between Lakes Algunnen and Hillen in the small village of Rörvik. The garden, which covers almost 1,000 m², is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac leading to Lake Hillen and offers direct private access to the lake and its own bathing jetty and boat dock, where a rowing boat is available for your use. There are also two SUP boards in the basement. The nearby railway line will hardly disturb you, as trains only run about every half hour. You can shop at the nearby general store in Rörvik or at the ICA market in Lammhult, ten kilometres away. Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is just under a two-hour drive away.
Facilities
Built in 1965, thoroughly and tastefully renovated and with a full basement, this former residential building has a living area of approximately 107 m². In the large, bright living room, which is open to the dining table and kitchen, you will find two modern upholstered seating areas in front of the wood-burning stove and the flat-screen TV. Both the living room and the kitchen offer a magnificent view of the lake. The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. One of the four bedrooms is also located on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed. The kitchen also leads directly onto the large wooden terrace. Conveniently, there is also a guest WC with washbasin on the ground floor. Two further bedrooms, both with double beds and lake views, as well as a shower room with WC are located on the upper floor of the house. The fourth bedroom, furnished with a single bed, is located in a sloping attic accessible from the hallway. Despite the total of 7 available beds, the owners only wish to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Internet access with more than 100 Mbit as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement of the house are also available to guests. The house can be centrally heated using a heat pump. A spacious wooden terrace with garden furniture, lake views and a wood-fired hot tub that can be used all year round are the icing on the cake of this great holiday accommodation.

Two pets are welcome.
Electricity is read by the guest on site and consumption is charged at 0.45 € / kWh and deducted from the deposit.
Unfortunately, bed linen and towels cannot be provided.
Final cleaning can be booked on request for 70 €, except on Saturdays.
Firewood for the wood-burning stove and hot tub must be brought with you.
Fishing permits for Lake Hillen and Lake Algunnen can be purchased online.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Charging electric cars is not permitted.
