Cosy and well-main­tai­ned holiday home on a fenced plot with excellent shared fa­ci­li­ties just outside the door

You probably won’t need to spend long looking at the photos before it becomes clear that a great deal of care has gone into making this holiday home a truly at­tra­cti­ve base for guests. All rooms are bright and well designed, one of the bathrooms features both a hot tub and a sauna, and outdoors the terrace invites you to enjoy relaxed summer moments. In addition, the holiday home is located right in the heart of Tranum Ferieby, with a wide range of free acti­vi­ties just outside the door.

Welcome inside

Inside this modern holiday home, up to six guests can stay com­fortably, as the layout includes two bathrooms and three bedrooms. During the day, children may enjoy using the loft as a cosy, den-like retreat for playing or reading comics, while the adults prepare meals in the kitchen or relax with a cup of coffee in the sofas.

When everyone gathers for delicious dinners, the living room is a wonderful place to be, and if you feel like com­ple­te­ly unwinding, you can treat yourself to a relaxing session in the house’s inviting hot tub and sauna.

Enjoy life outside

The holiday home’s large terrace area extends all the way around the house, making it easy to find a perfect spot to sit in the sunshine. On the south side, part of the terrace is covered, and the screening provides shelter if the wind comes from the west. The plot is fully enclosed, offering both peace of mind and freedom – espe­ci­al­ly for families with children or dogs, who can enjoy letting everyone play freely without worry.

The lawn is large enough for garden games and all kinds of outdoor play, and if the children feel they need even more space, it’s just a short walk from the quiet road to Tranum Ferieby’s fantastic shared area, which features play­gro­unds, ball courts and much more.

Shared area

The holiday home is located in a truly unique area where the shared fa­ci­li­ties play a central role. Here, guests of all ages can enjoy an active holiday, with free and unlimited access to a wide range of acti­vi­ties: a 9-hole football golf course, a mini golf course establis­hed in 2022, a croquet course and disc golf. There are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to play football, both on grass pitches and on the street court, which also features ba­sket­ball hoops. Beach vol­ley­ball is also available, and if you want to stay fit, there are several different fitness stations.

For the youngest guests, the area offers a huge sandpit, swings, a play tower, slide, playhouse, zip line, balance beam, climbing nets and seesaw. After a day full of acti­vi­ties, you can relax in the barbecue hut, where it’s possible to light a campfire, or enjoy an evening walk along the area’s walking and cycling paths that wind through the entire holiday village.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Whether you enjoy competing in mini golf, ba­sket­ball or beach vol­ley­ball, all of this is possible right here in the holiday village. There is also a barbecue hut if you prefer grilling sausages together here instead of back at the house. Active families can easily spend hours enjoying the shared fa­ci­li­ties, but the scenic sur­ro­un­dings of Tranum also offer plenty to explore.

For example, the Tranum–Fosdal hiking route is both beautiful and rewarding, and Tranum Strand is well worth a visit – whether you’re in the mood for a swim or simply want to admire the view of the North Sea from the shore.

Remember, you can always borrow carts, hig­h­chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them when your holiday is over.
