This lovely Kalmar holiday home from 2017 offers a practical and stylish interior with a com­fortab­le, welcoming at­mosp­he­re. Its location on Gjøl makes it an at­tra­cti­ve holiday base for the whole family.

Welcome inside
The 81 m² are well laid out and include a bathroom, two bedrooms with a total of five sleeping places, a large walk-in wardrobe, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen in open con­nection with the living room. The living room features vaulted ceilings and large windows with views of the entire garden.
The house is equipped with a bio fireplace and a flat-screen TV with Danish and German channels, as well as the option to use Chro­mecast with Apple TV. Un­der­floor heating runs throug­hout the house, and with an air-to-water heat pump and good in­su­la­tion, low heating costs are ensured – even in winter.
Fibre internet provides strong Wi-Fi throug­hout the house, including on the terrace. For families with young children, a travel cot and highchair are available.

Enjoy life outside
Outside, you can enjoy the large and secluded 2,761 m² natural plot. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers, and a gas barbecue, making it easy to enjoy long summer evenings outdoors.
The entire plot is enclosed, making it ideal for families with small children and dog owners. In the garden, you can explore small paths and find a bench tucked away in a shady corner.
There is also a double carport and plenty of parking space on the driveway. An 11 kW EV charger is available; it does not require a subscrip­tion and is paid per kWh used.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is located in a quiet, wooded area just 550 metres from the water and ap­proxi­ma­te­ly two ki­lo­metres from Gjøl Marina. Here, you can enjoy walks along the Limfjord and take part in acti­vi­ties such as surfing and SUP.
Local shopping is available in Gjøl, and dining options include Gjøl Kro. Great day trips include Aalborg, Fosdalen, Fårup Som­mer­land, and the beaches of the North Sea, all easily reached by car.

Remember, you can always borrow carts, hig­h­chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them when your holiday is over.

Please note: The house is not rented out to youth groups.
