You will be staying within easy walking distance of the North Sea and Svinkløv Plantage when you spend your holiday in this lovely summer house in Slet­te­strand. This gives you a fantastic base for exploring nature – but there is also every reason to enjoy your holiday days at home in the well-appointed summer house and the large, secluded garden.

Welcome inside
The summer house features an exciting 1960s ar­chi­tec­tu­ral style with a single-pitch roof and windows in various formats. This also in­flu­en­ces the feeling of space indoors, where the generous ceiling height, the flowing natural light and the tall windows create a welcoming at­mosp­he­re. In the large living area, where the open-plan kitchen and living room are combined, un­der­floor heating has been installed, and on cooler evenings you can light the wood-burning stove while relaxing in the sofa area. In addition to the living space, the layout includes a bathroom, a practical utility room and four com­fortab­le bedrooms with a total of seven sleeping places.

Enjoy life outside
The 2,399 m² plot is laid out with a large lawn and varied border planting that screens the house from neig­h­bouring pro­per­ties. By the summer house’s two terraces, fencing and walls provide shelter if the westerly winds are blowing. Garden furniture such as outdoor chairs, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue help to make summer days even more enjoyable – and there is also a sandpit for the children and a carport for the car on the property.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the house, you can simply walk to the end of Bjerregårds­bou­le­var­den to Red­nings­vej­en, where small paths lead you through the low dunes and straight down to the beach. It is a wonderful place for swimming, and after a dip in the North Sea you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce the active bo­at­bu­il­ding tra­di­tions and visit the coastal culture centre at Havbådehuset. If you feel like a forest walk, you can stroll from Slet­te­strand directly into Svinkløv Plantage, which offers not only walking trails but also a nature play­gro­und and excellent MTB routes. In Slet­te­strand you will find a couple of eateries where you can satisfy your appetite, while Fjer­rits­lev is the nearest larger town if you need to stock up the fridge.

Remember, you can always borrow carts, hig­h­chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them when your holiday is over.
