Modern holiday flat in the heart of Hvide Sande

In Hvide Sande – situated halfway between Ty­sker­hav­nen and the mouth of Ringkøbing Fjord where it flows into the North Sea – this flat offers a holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ce combining modern comfort, maritime charm and scenic sur­ro­un­dings in equal measure. From one of the flat’s two balconies, you can enjoy views of the marina and the fjord, and just a short walk away lie the long sandy beaches of the North Sea and the charming holiday town’s excellent re­stau­rants and authentic harbour at­mosp­he­re.

Inside

This 100 m² holiday home was completed in 2021, and with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large, open-plan living area, there’s plenty of space for both family and friends. All the rooms are bright and inviting, and with acoustic ceilings, a good Wi-Fi con­nection, a washer-dryer and a TV in both the living room and the bedrooms, the level of comfort indoors is high. The three bedrooms are all a good size and can easily ac­com­moda­te six people in total. Both bathrooms are fitted with un­der­floor heating and a shower cubicle, and the larger one also features a lovely corner bath. In the living area, the living room and kitchen flow seam­les­s­ly into one another. The well-equipped kitchen gives you plenty of space to cook together, whilst the dis­hwas­her makes cleaning up a breeze. Meals can be easily served at the dining table, and floor-to-ceiling windows provide a pleasant flood of natural light and a lovely view out over the canal town of Langsand Langs Vand.

Final cleaning, utilities and linen are included in the price.

Outdoors

From the living area, you have direct access to a large, covered balcony where you can have a barbecue, relax in the sun loungers and enjoy a peaceful holiday. The balcony faces south and is therefore lovely and sunny, and from up here on the first floor you have an unob­structed view over the canals. On the apartment’s second balcony, you can sit and enjoy the evening sun and the view of the marina and Ringkøbing Fjord. At the foot of the stairs there is a parking space belonging to the apartment.

Location

From this small, idyllic peninsula, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to eve­ryt­hing Hvide Sande has to offer, including excellent re­stau­rants and fis­h­mon­gers selling fresh-from-the-sea fish and smoked de­li­ca­cies. The fjord fishermen in Ty­sker­hav­nen and the cutters in the harbour basins land fresh fish, and during herring season you can cast your line and compete with the seals for a bite. The long, sandy beaches are perfect for relaxing in the sun, and the town offers two surfing spots on the fjord side as well as a great spot at Sydmolen on the sea side. There are also plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for long walks through the West Jutland co­un­trysi­de.
