As you step inside, you’ll im­me­di­a­te­ly sense the warm at­mosp­he­re in the newly re­fur­bis­hed, lovely, bright sur­ro­un­dings. The house is perfect for re­laxa­tion and cosiness. Here you can read an exciting book, play games or bake buns in the lovely kitchen.

Enjoy life outdoors

The large garden has several spots where you can enjoy the outdoors, whether it’s playing badminton or croquet, or simply lying back and soaking up the sun. The lovely covered terrace, where you can spend your evenings with a glass of red wine whilst watching the light fade in the most beautiful sunset. There is a herb garden – where you are welcome to taste the ve­ge­tab­les and berries that grow there.

Get a taste of the local ex­pe­ri­en­ce

Head to the beach at Isefjord – which also has a naturist beach – just a few minutes’ walk from the holiday home. Take a stroll to see the alpacas at a nearby farm. Visit Skjol­dun­ger­nes Land, a scenic area teeming with wildlife. The area offers plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for walking or cycling, including the Fjord­s­tien trail, which takes you along the fjord and into the landsca­pes of Horns­her­red. The Fjord­s­tien is 230 ki­lo­metres long and offers beautiful views and varied paths, suitable for both cyclists and walkers.

Distance to Roskilde: 30 km. Here you’ll find Roskilde Cathedral and the Viking Museum, as well as a wide selection of places to eat.

Distance to Co­pen­ha­gen: 60 km. Denmark’s capital, with Tivoli, Lan­ge­linje and eve­ryt­hing a big city has to offer.
