The modernly furnished small holiday home Lilla Strandstu­gan is located on the property of the ho­meow­ners in the charming seaside resort of Skummeslövsstrand in the Halland region. The long, child-friendly sandy beach is only 150 metres away. Shopping, dining or enjoying a coffee are all possible within about 1.2 km.

Skummeslövsstrand is just under an hour's drive north of Malmö, while the beautiful harbour town and famous tennis me­tro­po­lis of Båstad is only a 10-minute drive away. Halmstad and Hels­ing­borg are also easily ac­ces­sib­le by car.

There are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the sur­ro­un­ding area, and those who enjoy fishing can reach the River Lagan about 10 km away: perfect for salmon fishing. For a special outing, try the moose safari in the ‘Smålandet Älgsafari’ moose park, which you can reach in about 45 minutes by car.

Fa­ci­li­ties

The house offers ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 28 m² of living space plus a 9 m² sleeping loft. It can ac­com­moda­te up to 4 people. The open-plan living and sleeping area features a 32-inch smart TV and a sofa bed. The sleeping loft has a double bed with a large mattress. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with eve­ryt­hing you need for self-catering: a hob with 2 induction plates, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. A heat pump and electric radiators provide warmth on cooler days.

Outside, two terraces – one of which is covered – with patio furniture and a barbecue invite you to relax. Wi-Fi and, by prior ar­ran­ge­ment, a mobile sauna are also available. You can park on the property. For fun and exercise, there is a table tennis table, a small football goal and a dartboard in the garden.

Pets are un­fortu­na­te­ly not allowed in this house.

Electri­ci­ty and water are included.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

Use of the sauna is included in the rental price. If you would like to use the sauna, please discuss this with your landlords on site.

You must bring your own towels and bed linen.

You are re­spon­sib­le for cleaning the property before departure.

A deposit of EUR 150 is required at the time of booking.
