Welcome inside

You enter the entrance hall, which has a tiled floor and plenty of space, and here you will also find both a washing machine and a dryer, which makes your holiday extra easy and com­fortab­le. Further inside the house, the cozy kitchen and living room open up. The kitchen is pra­cti­cal­ly furnished with, among other things, an electric stove, microwave, extractor hood and re­fri­ge­ra­tor, so you can easily prepare your holiday meals. The dining area is in open con­nection with the cozy living room, where the light plank floors, the wood-burning stove and the warm decor create a lovely at­mosp­he­re. There is room for both re­laxa­tion and cozy holiday moments together. On the first floor you will find the house's sleeping area with a lovely bedroom with a double bed, and a single sofa bed and TV. In addition, there is one more bedroom with a double bed (130cm wide) and 1 mattress. The bathroom is beau­ti­ful­ly decorated with a claw-foot bathtub, shower, toilet and sink - a wonderful place to relax after a day of ad­ven­tu­res.

Enjoy life outside

From both the living room and the dining area you have access to the house's cozy outdoor areas. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun, relax with a good book or gather the family for cozy summer evenings. There is both a small terrace and a cozy courtyard en­viron­ment, which invites you to relax in quiet sur­ro­un­dings. Garden furniture is ready in front of the house, so you can enjoy holiday life under the open sky. The house is located on a 51,925m2 plot in quiet sur­ro­un­dings near Faxe, where you are close to both beautiful nature and cozy ex­pe­ri­en­ces. The area is ideal for walks, bike rides and small excur­sions in the South Zealand landscape.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

In Faxe you have the op­portu­ni­ty to do your daily shopping and visit the city's other shops or re­stau­rants. At the marina in Faxe Ladeplads you can find a good place to eat and there is plenty of life here in the summer. In Faxe Kalkbrud you can look for fossils - just something for the children. Also visit the mini town in Faxe Ladeplads by the harbor behind the limeworks. Take a trip to Stevns Klint and ex­pe­ri­en­ce UNESCO's world heritage. A wonderful view of the Baltic Sea awaits you at the old Højerup Church. The old town of Præstø invites you with its cozy cafes and re­stau­rants for walks and re­laxa­tion and every year the French Spring is held, which fills the whole town with lots of ex­pe­ri­en­ces. Also ex­pe­ri­en­ce the Forest Tower in Rønnede with 450,000 visitors a year. This summer house is just over an hour's drive from Denmark's capital Co­pen­ha­gen.
