The summer house is located on a 1000 m2 plot, with a lovely lawn that invites you to play and activity, and there is also a tram­po­li­ne. In addition, the summer house offers 2 beautiful terraces: one terrace which is covered, and the other terrace with garden furniture. In the driveway there is a carport.

The summer house is located on cozy Perleug­le­vej approx. 400 meters from Marielyst Beach and approx. 1200 meters from Marielyst Torv where you will find many re­stau­rants and shopping op­portu­ni­ties. Shopping fa­ci­li­ties are only 400 meters away from the holiday home.
