The bright and inviting living room is open-plan and connected to the modern kitchen-dining area, which is equipped with all modern amenities. The windows provide wonderful natural light and create a spacious and airy at­mosp­he­re. The living room is com­fortably furnished with cosy, com­fortab­le furniture, inviting you to relax and spend quality time together.

The holiday home offers three lovely bedrooms – one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed, and one with two single beds. In addition, there is a cosy loft area with two extra sleeping spaces, which children espe­ci­al­ly will love.

The house is heated ef­fi­ci­ent­ly with an eco-friendly heat pump in the living room, un­der­floor heating in the bathrooms, and electric radiators in the bedrooms, ensuring a high level of comfort all year round.

The holiday home is situated on a lovely plot in a central location in Marielyst, within an at­tra­cti­ve holiday home area featuring green communal spaces that offer plenty of room for ball games and fun acti­vi­ties with the whole family. The holiday home enjoys an at­tra­cti­ve location close to Marielyst Torv and the town centre, and just a short walk from the bowling centre. Within less than 2 km, you will find both the golf course and the popular Golf & Fun, while the beautiful, family-friendly beach of Marielyst is only around 1 km from the property. In addition, Nykøbing Falster can be reached within a short drive.
