The newly built activity house is ready for occupancy in October 2025.

The house has an inviting entrance hall and four spacious bedrooms – three of which are furnished with double beds, while the fourth has two single beds.

There are two bathrooms in the house: One offers a toilet, shower, indoor hot tub and sauna, while the other is equipped with a toilet and shower.

The natural focal point of the house is the bright and open kitchen-dining room, where large windows create a fantastic influx of light. From here there is access to both the dining area and living room as well as direct access to the beautiful partially covered terrace. The kitchen has a tap with boiling water.

As the icing on the cake, you will find a separate activity room with table tennis, air hockey and billiards – perfect for cozy hours with family and friends.

There is un­der­floor heating throug­hout the house.

Enjoy life outside
The summer house is located on a lovely plot of 1,138 m² and offers plenty of space for both re­laxa­tion and acti­vi­ties. The large wooden terrace of 100 m² is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue - ideal for cozy meals and relaxing moments in the sun. In addition, there is a spacious lawn that invites you to play, play ball and lots of outdoor fun for both children and adults.

The house has a charging box where you can charge your car.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is located in the southern part of Marielyst, only 900 meters from Denmark's best beach. Shopping is easy, as the nearest su­per­mar­ket is just 1,000 meters away. In addition, you are a short distance from Ma­ri­e­lyst's many ex­pe­ri­en­ces and acti­vi­ties - all within a radius of one kilometer from the house.
