The house com­fortably ac­com­moda­tes 10 guests across 5 bedrooms. The well-appointed kitchen has eve­ryt­hing you need for a perfect holiday, including an oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, spacious freezer, re­fri­ge­ra­tor, and dis­hwas­her.

From the kitchen, you step into a cozy living room featuring a wood-burning stove, plenty of seating, and a relaxing space to unwind in front of the TV after a day full of acti­vi­ties.

The house also offers two bathrooms with a shower and toilet, one of which includes a washing machine and dryer for your con­ve­ni­en­ce.

Outside, you will find a lovely large open terrace as well as a covered terrace with a grill and plenty of seating to enjoy de­light­ful barbecue evenings. There is also a large garden on a 1,284 m² plot, perfect for playing and relaxing.

The holiday home is situated on Ka­nin­stien in Marielyst, within easy reach of Marielyst Torv, the town center, and Marielyst Bowling Center. The beautiful bathing beach is just a short walk away, and Lidl is con­ve­ni­ent­ly nearby.
