Exclusive holiday home with space for 8 people. The house offers a spacious entrance hall and four com­fortab­le bedrooms – two with double beds and two with two single beds.

There are two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a toilet and shower, while the other has a toilet, shower and an indoor whirlpool – both bathrooms have com­fortab­le un­der­floor heating.

The heart of the house is the open kitchen-dining room with dining area and direct access to a beautiful terrace. From here there is access to a bright and inviting living room with a pitched ceiling and lots of natural light.

Next to the kitchen is a practical utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

As an added bonus, the house also has an activity room with billiards, air hockey and table football – perfect for en­tertain­ment for both children and adults.

Enjoy life outside
Som­mer­hu­set er be­lig­gen­de på en stor, ugeneret havegrund på 1.572 m². Til huset hører en stor, sten­belagt terrasse på 239 m², udstyret med havemøbler og grill – ideel til af­slap­ning og udendørs måltider. For de mindste er der le­ge­fa­ci­li­te­ter i form af gynge, sandkasse og rut­sje­ba­ne. Der er desuden in­stal­le­ret en lade stander til elbil, og der er mulighed for parkering direkte ved som­mer­hu­set.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Som­mer­hu­set har en central be­lig­gen­hed i hyggelige Gedesby, blot 800 meter fra den dejlige ba­de­strand. Herfra er der kort køreafstand til både Gedser, Marielyst og Nykøbing Falster, hvilket giver gode mu­lig­he­der for udflugter og op­le­vel­ser i nærområdet. Nærmeste su­per­mar­ked ligger ca. 4 km fra som­mer­hu­set.
