This lovely, classic holiday home, built in 1971, offers 81 m² of authentic Danish holiday-home charm. The blue-painted wooden house with its white windows is full of character and fits beau­ti­ful­ly into the peaceful and cosy sur­ro­un­dings of northern Marielyst.

Inside, you are welcomed by an inviting interior, where light colours and large windows create a relaxed and pleasant at­mosp­he­re. The true Danish holiday-home feeling is there as soon as you step through the door.

The house features an entrance hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and two com­fortab­le bedrooms, both with double beds. The cosy open-plan kitchen and living area forms the natural heart of the house, with the dining area flowing seam­les­s­ly into the com­fortab­le sofa area. There is plenty of space to enjoy meals together, play games or simply relax after a wonderful day at the beach.

From the open-plan kitchen and living area, you have direct access to the large, beautiful terrace, making it easy to enjoy a lovely flow between indoor and outdoor living on warm summer days.

The holiday home is set on a lovely 1,009 m² plot in a peaceful and charming area of northern Marielyst. There is plenty of space to enjoy your holiday outdoors and relax in the green sur­ro­un­dings.

The spacious wooden terrace is perfect for relaxing, enjoying meals together and spending cosy moments in the sunshine. As evening ap­pro­a­ches, fire up the barbecue and finish off the day with good food and great company.

The large lawn provides plenty of space for play and acti­vi­ties, making it perfect for children who want to play ball, run around or simply enjoy the generous space around the house. In short, it offers wonderful op­portu­ni­ties for re­laxa­tion, quality time together and lovely summer days spent outdoors.

The holiday home is situated in peaceful and child-friendly sur­ro­un­dings, while the water is only about 600 meters away.

The short distance to the beach makes it easy to take a spon­ta­neous trip to the sea, whether you fancy a re­fres­hing morning swim, building sandcast­les and playing with the children, or enjoying a relaxing walk along the coast.

The area also offers good shopping op­portu­ni­ties and great places to eat, all easily reached by a short bike ride or drive. The location therefore offers a wonderful com­bi­na­tion of peace, nature and easy access to the many holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ces that Marielyst has to offer.
