Well furnished holiday apartment with entrance hall with access to bathroom with WC, sink and shower, and to a bedroom with 2 single beds. At the end of the entrance you enter the house's beautiful and bright kitchen-dining room, which contains a nice modern kitchen, dining table with chairs and a single sofa bed. From the kitchen-living room there is also access to the home's lovely terrace area.

On the 1st floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a large nice living room with sofa area and a single bed. From the living room there is also access to a nice balcony from which you can look down to the water.

Outdoor
The house has a nice partially covered terrace with garden furniture, as well as good parking con­di­tions right at the door to the house.

Location
With an extremely unique location with approx. only 100 meters to the beach and only a stone's throw from the square, you do not get a more central location than here. Beach, shopping and re­stau­rants are all just a few seconds walk away.
