Welcome to this lovely 77 m² holiday home, offering plenty of space for up to 7 guests. It is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, and the cosy interior makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The house has three com­fortab­le bedrooms. One features a double bed, another has two single beds, while the third is furnished with a sofa bed. The living room also has a cosy sleeping alcove with two mattres­ses, making it ideal for children or as an ad­di­tio­nal sleeping area.

The open-plan kitchen is connected to the dining area and living room, creating a lovely space where everyone can be together – whether you are preparing a meal, enjoying dinner or simply relaxing on the sofa, reading, playing games or chatting.

From the living room, you can step directly out onto the lovely terrace and into the garden, making outdoor living a natural extension of the cosy interior.

Enjoy life outside

Outside, you will find a lovely 1,000 m² plot with a spacious lawn, offering plenty of room for children and adults to play, enjoy ball games and spend time together.

The beautiful partly covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy meals outdoors or relax with a cup of coffee while making the most of your holiday. The com­fortab­le garden furniture makes it easy to enjoy cosy outdoor meals and lovely evenings with family or friends.

Here you find plenty of space for fun, re­laxa­tion and quality time together – and for enjoying long, bright summer days in the fresh air.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday home is located on the peaceful Eng­pi­ber­vej, in a lovely setting close to the beach, the town center and plenty of acti­vi­ties.

The popular Marielyst Beach is just approx. 650 meters from the holiday home, making it easy to walk to the beach and enjoy relaxing days by the sea. Around 1,000 meters away, you will find the square of Marielyst, with a great selection of re­stau­rants, cafés and shopping op­portu­ni­ties.

The holiday home is located close to Lak­sen­borg Camping, where children can have fun and play on the great shared play­gro­und. There is plenty of space for playing and enjoying fun-filled hours with the whole family – and when it’s time for a little re­fres­h­ment after all the fun, you can of course treat your­sel­ves to a delicious ice cream. A lovely ex­pe­ri­en­ce for both children and adults!

If you are looking for fun and acti­vi­ties, Marielyst Bowling, Golf & Fun and Marielyst Gokart are all just a few minutes' walk from the holiday home. There is something for both children and adults when you feel like adding a little extra fun and exci­te­ment to your holiday.

Everyday shopping is also easy and con­ve­ni­ent, with the nearest shop just approx. 200 meters away.
