This bright and spacious holiday home is the ideal choice for families or couples who want to spend their holidays together. The house is centrally located in the heart of Marielyst – close to acti­vi­ties, shopping and, not least, the lovely beach.

The holiday home can ac­com­moda­te up to 8 adults and 2 children spread over 140 m². Here you will find an inviting entrance hall and four com­fortab­le bedrooms: Two with double beds, one with three single beds and one with a bunk bed – perfect for children.

The house has a large bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine, dryer, whirlpool and sauna – as well as an ad­di­tio­nal guest toilet with toilet and sink. The heart of the house is the open kitchen-family room, where the kitchen, dining area and living room merge into one cozy whole. From the living room there is direct access to a beautiful, sunny terrace.

For those who love playing and so­ci­a­lizing, the house also offers an activity room with table football, billiards, darts and table tennis – here there is plenty of op­portu­ni­ty for fun hours for both children and adults.

Enjoy life outside
The plot is 1,000 m² and offers a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue - perfect for summer evenings under the open sky. The large lawn provides plenty of space for playing, ball games and relaxing. There is of course parking right next to the house.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
With only 600 meters to the beach and 300 meters to the nearest su­per­mar­ket, eve­ryt­hing you need for a relaxing holiday is just around the corner. In addition, the center of Marielyst - with re­stau­rants, shops and cafes - is only 300 meters away. The area also offers acti­vi­ties such as golf, paintball and go-karting nearby.
