Øer is a scenic area, close to forest and beach and rich in wildlife. The area is a popular and child-friendly area. The house is not far from Ebeltoft City and the many tourist attractions. Visit, for example, Det Gamle Rådhus and the Glass Museum. Or take a walk in the city's old and cobbled streets with the crooked houses and hollyhocks as well as various cafes. Also visit Aarhus with the Old Town and the art museum Aros.
