Eve­ryt­hing is brand new – and you can see it, smell it, and feel it. The owner has created a modern and highly fun­ctio­nal holiday home with un­der­floor heating throug­hout, lots of light and air, and a layout where quality and comfort go hand in hand.

The elegant kitchen is the heart of the home – ta­ste­ful­ly designed and equipped with eve­ryt­hing the holiday chef could wish for. It’s easy for the whole "kitchen crew" to join in while chatting with family and friends relaxing in the dining area and the adjoining living room.

The five beautiful bedrooms offer plenty of space and great beds – three rooms with double beds and two with two single beds in each. There are also two lovely bathrooms – one of them featuring a wonderful spa bath, perfect for relaxing after a day full of ad­ven­tu­res.

In the entrance hall, there’s space for shoes and coats before you step into the heart of the home. You’ll also find a spacious utility room in the adjacent building, complete with washing machine and dryer – and ideal for storing prams, bikes, and other equipment in dry and secure sur­ro­un­dings.

Enjoy life outside

The large wooden terrace invites you to spend long days under the open sky. Start your morning with a cup of freshly brewed coffee in the sun, lounge in the afternoon in a deckchair, and end the day with dinner outdoors while the sky turns a soft shade of pink.

From the terrace, you have a full view of the garden, where the kids can play safely and freely. There’s a swing set, plenty of space for games and fun, and a lovely soft lawn sur­ro­un­ded by greenery that creates a private and peaceful at­mosp­he­re.

And all the best ex­pe­ri­en­ces are just around the corner – only 400 metres from the house lies a wonderful child-friendly beach with soft sand and shallow water. If you're in the mood for an ice cream or a meal out, you'll find both an ice cream shop and re­stau­rants within just 200–400 metres.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Fjellerup Strand is a former fishing village that has grown into a charming and popular holiday desti­na­tion on the beautiful coast of Nord­djursland. The beach is ideal for families with children, thanks to its shallow waters and sandy bottom. Behind the coast, a varied landscape of forest, trails and open nature awaits – perfect for hiking and cycling.

Fishing ent­hu­si­asts will find some of the best con­di­tions here – and if the fish aren’t biting, you can buy fresh seafood in several nearby spots. Fjellerup also draws windsur­fers and nature lovers – there's truly something for everyone.

Take a trip to the nearby Meilgård Castle and enjoy a delicious meal at the manor inn, or explore the historic stone caves and dolmens at Tustrup.

Tra­vel­ling with children? Then don’t miss Djurs Som­mer­land, located just 15 minutes from the house. The amusement park offers new wild and fun at­tra­ctions every year – and it’s always a hit with both kids and adults.

Within just 30 minutes, you can also reach the Scan­di­navi­an Wildlife Park and the Kattegat Center in Grenaa, where sharks, penguins, and seals await.
