The house features three com­fortab­le bedrooms, two furnished with double beds and the third with two single beds.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower enclosure and a relaxing spa bath, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the local area. In addition, there is a practical entrance hall and a well-appointed utility room with a washing machine, making everyday holiday life even more con­ve­ni­ent.

The holiday home is set on a lovely fenced plot, making it an ideal choice for families with children and guests who wish to bring their dog along on holiday. Children can play freely on the lawn, enjoy the sandbox, or have fun on the swings, while your dog can roam safely within the enclosed garden.

Sur­ro­un­ding the house are wonderful terraces facing all di­rections, ensuring that you can always find a sunny spot or a sheltered corner. From both the terraces and the house itself, you can admire the beautiful sea views and the scenic natural sur­ro­un­dings.

Just 900 metres from the holiday home, you will find a beautiful Blue Flag beach, inviting you to spend relaxing days by the water, enjoy long walks along the coast, and take re­fres­hing dips in the clear sea.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday home is located in the peaceful holiday area of Skovgårde on the northern coast of Djursland, where nature sets the pace and the holiday at­mosp­he­re quickly takes over. Here, you can truly relax and enjoy being close to the sea, forests, and open co­un­trysi­de.

Just a short walk from the house, you'll find the lovely child-friendly beach with soft sand and shallow waters. Children can spend hours playing at the water's edge, building sandcast­les, or searching for treasures along the shore while the adults take in the panoramic views across the Kattegat Sea.

The area is ideal for hiking and cycling, with numerous trails leading through beautiful forests, past open fields, and across the varied landsca­pes for which Djursland is known. The scenic sur­ro­un­dings are also perfect for long walks with the family dog.

For ad­ven­tu­rous family members, the largest amusement park in Scan­di­navia is only a short drive away and offers exciting ex­pe­ri­en­ces for both children and adults. Along the coast, keen anglers will find excellent fishing op­portu­ni­ties, and if luck is not on your side, several local vendors sell freshly caught fish from the area.

A visit to the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa is also highly recom­men­ded. Here, you can get up close to sharks, seals, penguins, and a fa­sci­nat­ing un­derwa­ter world.
