Large windows let in plenty of natural light and provide lovely views of the water, creating a calm and authentic holiday home at­mosp­he­re. Here, you can truly feel the closeness to the coast while enjoying the comfort of the indoor sur­ro­un­dings.

The living room is designed with comfort and quality time in mind, and the wood-burning stove adds warmth and at­mosp­he­re on cooler days. The kitchen is practical and fun­ctio­nal, making it easy for everyone to come together around cooking and shared meals.

The house offers four com­fortab­le bedrooms and is designed with space for both children and adults, making it ideal for families.

The bathroom is pra­cti­cal­ly fitted with a shower and washing machine, and there is also plenty of counter space, making it easy to care for the youngest family members – a thought­ful detail that makes everyday life easier for families with children.

Enjoy life outside

The holiday home is set on a beautiful natural plot in peaceful and child-friendly sur­ro­un­dings, where you can enjoy your holiday at your own pace.

From the grounds, you also have lovely views of the water, and with only around 200 metres to the sea, it is easy to head to the beach several times a day – whether you want to swim, take relaxing walks along the coast, or simply enjoy the fresh sea air.

The terrace is partly covered, allowing you to spend time outdoors for much of the year. Start your day quietly with a cup of coffee and end it with barbecues and long, bright summer evenings while there is laughter, play, and activity on the lawn.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday home area is located in one of Djursland’s unique natural settings. A scenic paradise by the sea, the beach at St. Sjørup is an ex­pe­ri­en­ce in itself. The shallow water is perfect for little ad­ven­tu­rers who want to paddle, while older children and adults can walk out to the sandbanks and enjoy the endless sea views. When the tide goes out, small lagoons and sandbanks appear, inviting expl­ora­tion and play.

Just 10 ki­lo­metres from the house, you will find the charming marina at Udbyhøj, where you can cast a fishing line and hope for a good catch. From the harbour, a charming cable ferry crosses Randers Fjord – and on the other side awaits a white sandy beach with Blue Flag status and some of Denmark’s cleanest bathing water.

If you are looking for even more nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces, the Fjord Centre is close by and offers exciting acti­vi­ties for the whole family. Gl. Estrup Manor, the ancient stone dolmens at Tustrup, and of course Djurs Som­mer­land – the largest amusement park in the Nordic region – are all within easy reach and offer even more un­for­get­tab­le ex­pe­ri­en­ces.

Djursland is filled with ex­pe­ri­en­ces for every taste, and if you feel like a city trip, both Randers and Aarhus are just a short drive away.
