The entire 239 m² is ready to provide the perfect setting for an un­for­get­tab­le holiday for up to 18 guests, with 8 of the beds espe­ci­al­ly suited for older children in the lofts.

The heart of the house is the large, bright kitchen-living area with cozy dining spaces and a living room where the family can gather for meals, board games, or a quiet moment on the sofa. From most of the house, you can enjoy the reas­suring feeling of having the children nearby as they shriek, play, and splash in the pool.

The swimming pool features both a slide for fun and a counter-current system that allows for good exercise, while the spa invites re­laxa­tion and soothing warmth. From the pool area, there is also access to a sauna, where you can enjoy the heat while the children frolic in the water.

The activity room offers hours of fun with table tennis, shuf­fle­bo­ard, and a Play­Sta­tion. The kitchen is stylish and well thought out for large holiday meals, featuring 2 re­fri­ge­ra­tors, 5 induction hobs, 2 con­vection ovens, a microwave, and 2 dis­hwas­hers.

Enjoy life outside

At the heart of the holiday home is a lovely, private atrium with lounge furniture and a large outdoor spa for 6 people. Here, there is plenty of open space, fresh air, and a relaxed at­mosp­he­re, perfect for unwinding with a cozy chat and a good glass of wine once the children are tucked in. From the courtyard, there is direct access to the pool area and clear views of the children playing in the water, as well as the wing with the bedrooms and activity room and the kitchen-living wing. This creates a wonderful con­nection between indoor and outdoor living.

The grounds are large, providing ample space for rounders, football, and tag games. Around the holiday home, several inviting terraces await, where you can relax with a cup of coffee – unless you’re joining in on the tram­po­li­ne for a bouncing energy burst. You can also fire up the gas grill and enjoy the aroma of local in­gre­di­ents trans­for­m­ing into a delicious holiday meal.

When you feel like a change from the pool and acti­vi­ties, the area around Grenaa has plenty to offer.

A short walk from the holiday home is Grenaa Marina, home to the popular Kat­te­gat­cen­tret – a fa­sci­nat­ing ex­pe­ri­en­ce world where sharks, seals, and penguins swim close by, sparking both curiosity and exci­te­ment.

Trails and routes lead you directly into the open landsca­pes of East Jutland. Hop on a bike, lace up your walking shoes, or bring your fishing rod – here you can explore the Mols Route, the Clover Routes, and the Djursland Route, all me­an­de­ring through beautiful nature and along the coast.

Grenaa Beach is one of Djursland’s very best, offering space for play and long, lazy beach days with Blue Flag waters, a child-friendly sea, and soft sand underfoot.

For those who love dramatic nature and birdlife, Fornæs Ligh­t­hou­se is just a short trip away – a wild, windswept corner of Denmark where the horizon feels endless and the sea crashes against the cliffs. Further north, Sangstrup Cliff rises dra­ma­ti­cal­ly from the coast – a raw, beautiful stretch where you can find fossils, enjoy the view, and watch birds singing from the cliffs and bushes.
