Enjoy life outside
Here, a beautiful holiday idyll unfolds with inviting terraces on both sides of the house – one com­ple­te­ly private and sheltered, where you can enjoy your holiday in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings. You will also find a hot tub, perfect for sinking into warm water under the open sky and com­ple­te­ly relaxing.

The gently sloping grounds are full of summer at­mosp­he­re and invite you to enjoy eve­ryt­hing that creates great holiday memories. There is plenty of space for play and laughter, as children race down the slide, swing high into the sky, or spend hours on the tram­po­li­ne. The climbing frame calls to little ad­ven­tu­rers ready for fun and chal­len­ges.

The green sur­ro­un­dings are perfect for ball games and spon­ta­neous picnics on the grass. As the day comes to an end, light up the barbecue and gather for a cosy summer meal under the open sky, while the evening sun paints the sky golden and the children continue to play in the ba­ck­gro­und.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Skovgårde Beach is a peaceful and very beautiful area just a few ki­lo­metres west of Fjellerup Beach. Once a small fishing village, it is now a wonderful natural coastal area in North Djursland. The beach is very child-friendly, holds a Blue Flag, and offers tables and benches where you can grill and enjoy a meal while over­look­ing the water and the children swimming nearby.

The sur­ro­un­ding nature is varied and stunning, with many walking paths and small roads ideal for hiking and cycling. Along the coast, there are great op­portu­ni­ties for fishing. In the local area you can also buy fresh fish, Danish ve­ge­tab­les, and honey from local producers.

Djurs Som­mer­land is just a 15-minute drive away and is a huge hit for children, with new acti­vi­ties in­tro­du­ced every year. You can also visit bears in Skan­di­na­visk Dyrepark, sharks and penguins in Kat­te­gat­cen­tret, or ex­pe­ri­en­ce manor life at Gammel Estrup Manor.

If you are in the mood for city life and culture, Denmark’s second-largest city, Aarhus, is just an hour’s drive away. You can also visit Randers Regnskov and explore tropical ra­in­fo­rest en­viron­ments just half an hour from the house. There are countless ex­pe­ri­en­ces waiting all across Djursland.
