This is a wonderful holiday home in good condition, offering a warm and inviting at­mosp­he­re with high ceilings, plenty of space, a pleasant style and lovely natural light.

The large kitchen, dining area and living room are combined in one open space and form the heart of the holiday home. Here, you can enjoy time together while still finding room for your own quiet moments. The open kitchen makes it easy to be part of the company while preparing holiday meals, and you can follow the family as they enjoy them­sel­ves at the dining table, in front of the wood burning stove or on the sofa.

The holiday home has three good bedrooms, all furnished with double beds. There is plenty of space for families, couples and friends who would like to spend their holiday together in com­fortab­le sur­ro­un­dings. The bathroom is neat and inviting, with both a bathtub and a washing machine, so you have practical fa­ci­li­ties close at hand.

Enjoy life outside

Outside, you can enjoy your holiday in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings at the end of a small cul de sac, where the garden is won­der­ful­ly private and faces open fields. Here, a beautiful new terrace awaits with plenty of dining spots and sunny corners, so you can find the place that suits you best. The terrace offers great op­portu­ni­ties to follow the sun, find shelter and let the day pass at a pleasant holiday pace.

The garden and the fields around the holiday home are a lovely part of the ex­pe­ri­en­ce and change with the colours of the seasons. In summer, the sur­ro­un­dings may be green and lush, later golden and calm, and throug­hout the year nature helps create a relaxed and rural holiday at­mosp­he­re.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday home area by Selkær Mølle is set among green sur­ro­un­dings and beautiful natural landsca­pes. Here, you can enjoy peace and quiet, while still being close to exciting sights, amusement and animal parks, town life and the loveliest bathing beaches.

Denmark’s oldest rectory dates from 1593 and is located in Rimsø, just 4 km from Selkær. There are 8 km to Stenvad, where you can visit the narrow gauge railway with a museum and the chance to enjoy a ride on an old train.

When you drive to Bønnerup, you will be truly refreshed by its charming maritime at­mosp­he­re. The town is beau­ti­ful­ly located by the sea, and the old fishermen’s houses and boats are a delight to see. The harbour is a wonderful place with benches and barbecue areas, and there are good op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy delicious food at the re­stau­rants. And you should certainly not miss a trip to Bønnerup Beach.

All in all, there is plenty to see and ex­pe­ri­en­ce throug­hout Djursland, and when you feel like a touch of city life, you are only about 50 km from Aarhus and Randers.
