All rooms boast beautiful natural light and lovely views of the canal and colorful houses that give the Øer holiday resort its di­stin­cti­ve at­mosp­he­re. The heart of your apartment is the living room – a cozy meeting place that invites you to relax with a good book, enjoy en­tertai­ning board games in good company, and spend precious, quiet hours with those who are espe­ci­al­ly close to your heart.
The open kitchen and at­tra­cti­ve dining area are adjacent to the living room. This allows for seamless in­te­gra­tion of meal pre­pa­ra­tion and so­ci­a­lizing with loved ones. This level also features two at­tra­cti­ve bedrooms, each with a double bed and closet space. There is a sofa bed on the upper floor – perfect for older children and teenagers who like to retreat from time to time and value a little extra privacy. The at­tra­cti­ve, fun­ctio­nal bathroom has a large shower cubicle. The entrance area offers plenty of space for storing shoes, beach bags, and the like. The swimming pool and other acti­vi­ties offered by the holiday resort can be used for a fee.

You are only a few hundred meters away from the re­stau­rant, the marina, and the mul­ti­fun­ctio­nal hall. Here, it is easy to feel at home and enjoy the lively at­mosp­he­re around you. There are two beautiful terraces available for you to enjoy in the open air. On the first floor, you can step out onto a furnished terrace where you can enjoy meals with your family, ac­com­pa­nied by the view of the water and the very special at­mosp­he­re of Øer. The terrace on the ground floor is furnished with lounge furniture and a parasol – the perfect place to sit back and simply enjoy the peace and quiet. Both terraces face south and are therefore in the sun for most of the day.

Øer is a popular vacation desti­na­tion, prized for its beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings. The beach is cha­ra­cte­rized by shallow water and a mixture of sand and stones – perfect for children, beach days, and re­fres­hing morning swims. If you enjoy mountain biking, you can look forward to a 13-kilometer MTB track with varying degrees of dif­fi­culty to suit everyone – from beginners to real pros. We recommend a trip to the historic town of Ebeltoft. Ebeltoft cap­ti­va­tes visitors with beautiful sights such as the glass museum in the harbor and the legendary frigate Jylland. In the harbor of this charming town, you can buy freshly caught fish every day and indulge in culinary delights in the re­stau­rants. The idyllic cobb­le­sto­ne streets in the town center are lined with pretty cafes and small shops. Don't miss a visit to the old town hall, Det Gamle Rådhus, where countless couples from all over the world come to tie the knot every year. Your vacation rental is also a great starting point for exploring and excur­sions with the whole family. The Kat­te­gat­cen­tret in Grenaa and the largest amusement park in the north, Djurs Som­mer­land, can be reached by car in just an hour, for example.
