Outside, a large, enclosed garden awaits, with plenty of space for both play and relaxation. Here, children can play safely, and if you have a dog, it can freely enjoy the surroundings. The terrace is sheltered and invites you to enjoy the outdoors all day long – from morning coffee in the sun to barbecue dinners on long, bright summer evenings. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided, so you can easily move meals and socialising outdoors and enjoy the fresh air and peaceful atmosphere around the house.

The holiday home is located in the scenic Øer area near Ebeltoft, a short distance from both the beach and the forest. The nearby beach is child-friendly and perfect for swimming, walking and playing by the water. There is a mountain bike trail nearby and plenty of small roads and paths for cycling and hiking. A short drive takes you to Ebeltoft's cobbled streets, the Glass Museum, the frigate Jylland and cosy restaurants by the harbour. You are also close to major attractions such as Djurs Sommerland, Ree Park Safari and the Kattegat Centre. And Mols Bjerge National Park offers you the opportunity to experience unique nature and historical sites such as Kalø Castle Ruins.

We are particularly fond of the many different features our summer house has to offer. We especially enjoy the wooden terrace, where nature feels close by, where there is room for privacy and a place where peace and quiet reigns. We use the holiday home at all times of the year, safe in the knowledge that our heated pool and cozy sauna allow us to relax and warm up when the Danish weather is not at its best :). Even though there are often many of us together, there is plenty of space to split up. While some are in the pool, others are in the living room enjoying the warmth of the wood-burning stove. The loft is one of our favorite places – here we like to sit in armchairs and enjoy the view of the protected landscape and the good conversations that arise naturally.
It's no secret that Ebeltoft has a special meaning for us, as the Mols Mountains are synonymous with childhood holiday memories. Ebeltoft town center is only a few minutes' drive from our house, and we love walking around the charming streets. We go on many walks, and one of our favorite places is Maritime Islands, which is bustling with life. We often end our walk with a glass of wine or a cup of hot cocoa at Cafe Benjamin, while we watch the boats and feel the vacation calm descend.
We hope that our summer house can give you the same feeling of peace, presence, and vacation atmosphere that it gives us.
