In the wellness area, you’ll find both a pool and a spa, allowing you to combine fun and exercise with quiet moments and soothing warmth in the spa. There is also access to a lovely bathroom with a washer-dryer and a sauna, providing extra comfort on cooler days.

The heart of the house is the bright living area, featuring a leather corner sofa, wood-burning stove, and TV. The kitchen is open and fun­ctio­nal, and from both the kitchen and the dining table, you can enjoy the stunning panoramic view of the sea while preparing delicious holiday meals or gathering for cozy family dinners. From both the kitchen and living room, you can keep an eye on the children as they play in the pool or on the lawn in the garden.

There are three bedrooms – two with double beds, one with four com­fortab­le bunk beds, and two ad­di­tio­nal sleeping spaces in the loft – along with another lovely bathroom, ensuring everyone has plenty of space and comfort.

Although the house is not a dedicated activity house, table tennis can be played in the carport during parts of the year, and the garden offers ample space for play and fun on the lawn.

This holiday home is perfect for year-round vacations – a place where coziness, play, and re­laxa­tion go hand in hand, and where the whole family can enjoy the holiday at their own pace under one roof.

Enjoy life outside

Take in the peace of the sea, the view, and the laughter of children. Only 200 meters from the holiday home lies the beautiful Blue Flag beach, where the waves invite a re­fres­hing dip, and the sand calls for fun hours with the children. In front of the house, enjoy the garden with its mag­ni­fi­cent sea view – and as the sun slowly sets in the west, the sky lights up in golden shades while you relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Behind the house is a large lawn, perfect for play, ball games, and letting off energy. There is also a sun terrace with com­fortab­le loungers, and the grill is ready for delicious holiday meals. Younger children can have fun in the sandbox or on the small slide, and during parts of the year, the family can enjoy table tennis in the carport.

The outdoor space offers the perfect balance of re­laxa­tion, play, and cozy moments – there is room for both activity and calm, while the beauty of the sea is always in view.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Skovgårde Strand is located in a quiet and beautiful heathland, just a few ki­lo­me­ters west of Fjellerup Strand. Once an old fishing village, it is now a peaceful natural area along the Nord­djursland coast, where the child-friendly Blue Flag beach invites play, splashing, and joyful moments. Tables and benches are perfectly placed so you can grill and enjoy delicious holiday meals with a view of the water.

The sur­ro­un­dings offer varied nature with paths and small roads, perfect for walking, cycling, and exploring the forests and heathland. Along the coast, there are great op­portu­ni­ties for fishing, and in the local area, you can buy fresh fish, Danish ve­ge­tab­les, and honey from small producers.

Djurs Som­mer­land is a hit with the kids, while history and culture ent­hu­si­asts will love a visit to Gl. Estrup, Denmark’s Manor Museum. All of Djursland is full of ex­pe­ri­en­ces – wildlife parks, golf courses, cultural at­tra­ctions, shopping, and great food. If you crave city life, Aarhus is just an hour’s drive away, and the Elvis Museum in Randers is only a half-hour drive from the house.
