This brand-new holiday home, completed in 2026, offers top-quality con­struction and design. The house is spread over two floors and exudes solid materials and thought­ful solutions. In the kitchen, bathroom, and entrance, you’ll find custom-made beechwood cabinets, and throug­hout the house, you’ll notice beautiful details that create an exclusive and cozy at­mosp­he­re.

The upper floor includes the entrance, kitchen, dining area, and living room, where light streams in through the charming sash windows, creating a bright and inviting space. From the living room, there is access to a lovely, east-facing enclosed terrace—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The beach is just 190 meters from the house. On the west side of the house, by the kitchen, there is a wonderful west-facing enclosed terrace with a re­tra­ctab­le awning, ideal for enjoying grilled fresh fish bought at the marina.

From the living room, a staircase leads down to the lower floor, which houses three beautiful bedrooms, each with a double bed. You can choose between the pink, green, or blue room. The bathroom is elegantly designed with two separate showers at either end of the shower cabin and a washer-dryer unit. A charming hallway connects the bedrooms and leads to the outdoors, where a covered outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off the sand from the beach.

The staircase between the upper and lower floors is safe and easy to use, but we still recommend bringing a safety gate if you have small children on holiday who are not used to stairs.

Enjoy life outside

The holiday home is just 190 meters from the fantastic Grenå Beach, one of the best swimming beaches on Djursland. A path from the house leads directly to the beach through the beautiful dunes, so you can be at the sand in no time. The two lovely enclosed terraces are furnished with com­fortab­le garden furniture and are perfect for relaxing or dining outside.

The rest of the plot is modest in size, which is typical for holiday homes so close to the beach, but there is plenty of space for cars and a beautiful entrance to the house that welcomes you warmly.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Once you’ve enjoyed the sun, dunes, and the wide horizon at the beach, there are plenty of at­tra­ctions nearby. Grenå is also a charming town with good shops and re­stau­rants, and Grenå Marina, just 500 meters away, is full of life and great dining options. The sur­ro­un­ding area is perfect for walking and cycling on marked routes such as Molsruten, Kløver­ru­ter­ne, and Djurslands­ru­ten, so just put on your shoes, hop on a bike, or explore at your own pace.

Discover the exciting Kattegat Centre, where sharks, penguins, seals, and unusual fish await, or visit the Danish Motor and Machinery Col­lection and the Museum of Eastern Jutland in Grenå, offering fa­sci­nat­ing exhi­bi­tions for both children and adults. The nature outside Grenå is also well worth exploring—take a trip to Sangstrup Klint and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the beautiful coastal cliffs and dramatic views.
