Cosy holiday home with sea views at Holme Strand

Welcome inside
Not far from the water, this older but extremely charming and cosy holiday home awaits you. The house has a bright living room with cosy fur­nis­hin­gs and a wood-burning stove. The small but fun­ctio­nal kitchen is equipped with a dis­hwas­her, among other things. The sleeping areas are divided into a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bedroom with two single beds. As an al­ter­na­ti­ve to the bunk beds, you can also use the sofa in the living room as sleeping ac­com­moda­tion. The good bathroom includes a shower cubicle. Free WiFi and Apple TV provide en­tertain­ment and variety.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home is situated on an at­tra­cti­ve plot with space for playing and various outdoor acti­vi­ties. There is a covered veranda with garden furniture in front of the house. The property spoils you with a small sea view and a cosy fire pit where you can roast bread and sausages every evening. A tram­po­li­ne is available for younger ho­li­day­ma­kers.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Holme Strand is located in a beautiful nature reserve with a view of the 49 metre high Jern­hat­ten hill. Jern­hat­ten is home to numerous rare plant species and a rich animal life. A walk along the water and the steep slopes is a par­ti­cu­lar­ly beautiful nature ex­pe­ri­en­ce. Holme Strand is also very popular with anglers. You can even launch your own boat here. The pi­c­tu­resque town of Ebeltoft is just a quarter of an hour's drive away and offers a variety of tourist at­tra­ctions and will delight you with its crooked old houses and narrow cobbled streets. Visit the old town hall, Det Gamle Rådhus, for example, where countless couples from all over the world get married every year. Just 8 ki­lo­metres from the house is the popular Ree Park, a safari park where you can get up close to wild animals. The largest amusement park in the north, Djurs Som­mer­land, is also just an hour away. Thanks to the numerous rides and at­tra­ctions at Djurs Som­mer­land, it's certainly not just your chil­dren's eyes that will light up. If you fancy getting up close and personal with some really big sharks, we recommend a visit to the im­pres­si­ve Kat­te­gat­cen­tret in Grenaa, which is around 30 minutes from the holiday home.
