The newly built wooden house is both beautiful and thought­ful­ly designed: bright, open, and with high ceilings. Large windows draw nature inside and offer bre­ath­taking sea views from the living room, kitchen/dining area – and even from the bathtub in one of the bathrooms. The entire house has un­der­floor heating, ensuring comfort all year round.

In the well-equipped kitchen, you can gather around the cooking while enjoying the sea view, and in the cosy living room, there’s space to unwind after a long day at the beach or exploring the holiday region.

The house features four lovely bedrooms – two with double beds and two with single beds plus smart fold-down bunks, so the rooms can easily be adapted to your needs.

You’ll also find another bathroom and a large, practical entrance hall.

From the large terrace, you can take in the full sea panorama while relaxing on com­fortab­le sun loungers, the inviting lounge set, or around the covered dining table for cosy meals together. The terrace is perfect for sun­bat­hing, re­laxa­tion, and social time, and here you’ll also find a lovely sauna and an outdoor shower – both with stunning sea views and a calming coastal at­mosp­he­re.

Behind the house, there’s another dining area, and for those driving electric cars, there’s a charging station so your car can keep up with the holiday pace.

This exquisite holiday home is located in a pi­c­tu­resque corner of northern Djursland, where the tranquil­li­ty of nature and the sweeping views set the scene for an exclusive holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ce. Here, you’ll first meet a fjord-like shoreline, but as you step into the shallow water, the sandbanks open up, and the open sea stretches endlessly toward the horizon. Just ten ki­lo­metres from the house lies the charming harbour of Udbyhøj, with its idyllic marina and excellent fishing op­portu­ni­ties. From here, you can take the cable ferry across to the Randers side, where you’ll find a white sandy beach with a Blue Flag and some of Denmark’s cleanest bathing waters.

The north coast is perfect for both cycling and hiking, while the Coastal and Fjord Centre, the historic Gl. Estrup Manor, and the im­pres­si­ve Stone Age dolmens at Tustrup offer fa­sci­nat­ing nature and culture ex­pe­ri­en­ces. You’ll also find a wealth of amusement and nature parks across Djursland, along with wonderful dining spots and charming shopping options.
